More progress.

Smile for the camera.

Lot's of stuff everywhere. I need to do some straightening up around here.

Spent a little time in the garage getting some things done, there's always something to do. Dug out a wheel for Crash to use to mock-up the Shovel. It will be great to see it on the road, all in due time.                                                                                         Posted by Doug.

Ghetto Glide gets fancy

Looking great can't wait to see them on.
WOW looks great.
It was an early birthday suprise for the Ghetto Glide but I got her a fancy flame job. See deserves it though, May will be 23 years for us. I bet with the fancy flames she'll run like a bike half her age.                                          Posted by Doug.

so bought some swap meet parts to get the shovel to a roller.got a horseshoe stlye oil tank off chop cult.70's fx gas tank wanted to go slim but not lose too much fuel capacity.the rear fender is gonna be run with out the hinged section cuz it just looks cool.instead of just cutting the strut off and leaving it open.thanks to the chop cult how to page.i cut and rolled the strut end then welded it over for a more finished look.not perfect but not bad either. more to come as i get extra cash money.

neiborhood inside the dealer
So i had to go outside of Cleavland,Oh. for some training. Trip wise pretty boring. Computer shit. Iwas able to get away one afternoon to go see South East H-D. place i like a museam. The owner is a old timer who raced flat track in the 40's and was on the cover of TIME magizine. He has Elvis's last flh. It's completly in mint condition. Also knucks, pans, airplanes. It has the 1st indoor diner in the showroom. A real dining car inside with 57 chevy trunk sections turned into booth sitting. There also a bar two doors down with all kinds of bikes hanging everywhere. Definitly a good afternoon rode trip. route 14 from the ohio line up to Cleavland is great till about the 480 interchange where it turns into a fast 6 lane.Maybe going up this summer and hit the rock and roll hall of fame,we'll see.

shop's chilli cook-off

doug's chilli entry.

gnome in training on the right jeff. if rhonda would let him grow any facial hair again
Last month my shop had our annual chilli cook-off. Doug entered his chilli part# 0069-13 this to defend 2nd place from last year but i guess it was too spicy for the barnabis crowd.I think when your crowd averages over 55 yrs old it should be more bland and glueten free. So he did'nt evevn place this year. SCREW'EM! Me and the younger crowd liked it. We were just out numbered.

Lots of work to do, but I love every minute of it.

Spent some serious time in the garage lately, as serious as I get anyway. Time to start addressing some issues that I want to take care of. It's all good though, I love spending time in the Little Shop of Horrors [ my garage].

Should get flamed tanks for ghetto glide back on next weekend.

What a Mother getting the motor sprocket off.
Out with the tranny.

Next the motor has to go.
Motor now out. Moving right along.

New frame. Why so serious Crash?

Thinking half a rear fender would look better.
Heating the Little Shop of Horrors.
Two of my favorite things.
