sunday ride

This Sunday me,my wife, nicole and george took a ride to Ohiopyle,Pa.. We rode Rt. 18 out of Rochester on to Rt. 40 in Washington,Pa. Rt. 40 is the Hertiage Highway which goes past alot of historical sites and monunents of civil war. the Fort necessity battle grounds,Washington Tavern and the first Toll house. The Luarel caverns are also on this route. We checked the Frank Loyd Wright house which was a marvel of modern Architure. The price of admission was also a marvel at $27.00 a head for a inside tour. We opted for the walking tour of grounds for $8.00 a piece. Then we checked out the rapids and store fronts at Ohiopyle. Later this year we going to do some zip lining there. There for here are the pics.

Keith's custom bookends.

Great way to hold yor shop manuals.

Goodies from Carl's Cycle Supply.

Thanks Matt. Left one for '49, right for '64.
Before photo.

Out with the old.

After photo. Wow what a difference.

I ordered two fuel valves from Carl's the other day. They make them in house and they have a peek tip so they should last alot longer. Peek stands for polyether ether ketone, and will hold up to the new shit gas we are stuck with. Installing fuel valve was easy and I now have no more gas leak. Congratulations Brittany and Matt on the birth of their son Lockheed.  P.S. thanks for the stickers.

Vic's Hemi powered Ford.

My first time taking a video with my phone. Short but Vic's car sounds great. The car is powered by a 276 c.i. Hemi motor from a DeSoto and is Mucho Cool.

Beaver Falls car cruise.

Dave's cool Sportster, check out the knobbys.

Nice rear end.

Vic's cool Ford.

Mike's '46 knucklehead.

Tanya in the shop.
Today was the Beaver Falls car cruise, so Dave and I took a ride to check it out. There were plenty of great cars and lots of people. The cruise is one of the largest in the area and always a good time.
